The story
The product
MSH (My Social Housing) helps manage social housing in the UK: residents find and book properties, and the housing team keeps in touch with them across every channel.
The communication hub
A Twilio-powered hub brings SMS, WhatsApp and voice calls into one place, and an admin dashboard shows call transcriptions so the team can see what was discussed.
The stack
The platform runs on Angular, Node.js, MongoDB and Firebase, alongside a PHP and MySQL property management backend that I also maintained.
